 Kala Parker brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development and more than a decade of specialized training in equitable policies and inclusive workplace cultures. A former educator in North Philadelphia, Kala was driven to pursue a career in law and litigation to advocate for systemic change. Her path later led to roles in education administration and professional development, where she honed her skills in training, strategy, and organizational growth. Kala is the founder of Culture Matters, a consultancy focused on organizational assessment and change. Through customized tools and tailored strategies, Culture Matters identifies cultural roadblocks, addresses systemic challenges, and delivers impactful training to foster sustainable transformation in schools, nonprofits, and corporations. 

 Stephen D. Parker, Esq. is an experienced bankruptcy attorney and the founder of Parker Law Firm, where he has spent over 15 years helping individuals and small businesses navigate financial challenges. With a strong focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Stephen has successfully guided clients through complex restructurings, debt relief, and business wind-downs with clarity and confidence. 

Known for his practical, client-centered approach, Stephen combines deep legal expertise with a commitment to helping people regain financial stability. His experience extends beyond representation—he has also served as a Chapter 11 liquidating trustee, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both sides of the bankruptcy process. 

Stephen has handled over 1,000 bankruptcy cases and is recognized for his integrity, diligence, and ability to deliver effective solutions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

Dr. Desmon R. Daniel is a nationally recognized speaker, executive coach, and leadership expert dedicated to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. As CEO of MOTIVATING FACTOR, he specializes in leadership development, training, and building high-performing, inclusive teams. 

With a distinguished career in education, Dr. Daniel has served as a Superintendent and continues to impact both corporate and academic communities through his coaching and training programs. His work has supported organizations such as General Motors, the United Way, and Michigan State University. 

An accomplished author and thought leader, Dr. Daniel is passionate about empowering others through education and vision-driven leadership.  

James Collins is a veteran IT Infrastructure Project Manager and technology strategist with over 25 years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions across corporate, public, and community organizations. He has led large-scale initiatives in network modernization, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and digital transformation, working with organizations such as Exelon, Nexteer Automotive, Dow Corning, Saginaw Public School District, and City of Memphis.

James is passionate about expanding access to technology and education. He has supported school systems through district-wide technology upgrades and mentors' youth and young adults through digital literacy, IT training, and project management certification programs.

With a strong commitment to community impact, James works with local organizations, churches, and veterans' programs to create pathways into high-demand technology careers. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to empowering others through education and innovation.

  Colin Schroeder graduated from the Michigan State University Eli Broad School of Business with a degree in Hospitality Business. After five years with Texas Roadhouse as a Product Coach and Managing Partner, he spent 20 years at Rocket Mortgage, serving as a Senior Director of Solution Consulting. With nearly two decades of experience in sales and leadership, Colin excels at navigating complex challenges with thoughtful solutions, relationship building, and project management. He also possesses comprehensive knowledge of the housing and mortgage industries, having worked with over 100,000 clients to help them accomplish their home financing goals. 

Colin has intertwined his passion for giving back to the community with his work at Rocket by leading volunteer programs that served The Ronald McDonald House of Detroit, Gleaners Food Bank, and The Greening of Detroit, among others. Through the First Congregational Church of Royal Oak, Colin also supports The Welcome Inn, an organization dedicated to helping the unsheltered in our community. 

 Stephen D. Parker II is a college student from southern New Jersey with a lifelong passion for technology that began in elementary school. While serving as a Tech Intern at the Kalamazoo Public Library, he worked closely with community members and saw firsthand how many people struggled to use computers for essential tasks like managing finances and accessing medical services. Inspired by these experiences, Stephen founded People First Technical Solutions to make technology more accessible and to support individuals and families who need help navigating the digital world.
